We have been supporting small business customers for almost 20 years. Some of our corporate customers have us handle all of their IT needs and others have us support their in-house staff. Either way, our goal is to minimize downtime and increase employee productivity.
Remote Support
We offer phone support and can fix many problems remotely using our web-based support tools. As long as you have a working Internet connection, we can provide emergency assistance or ongoing maintenance. Working remotely often saves our customers money.
Residential Services
We offer computer repair, upgrades, and consulting services in our tech shop at 2033 11th Street #1, in Boulder, CO. In the event a residential customer needs on-site service, we will dispatch a technician, but our business service rates apply.

We’ve Moved! 
On May 1st, 2013 we moved to our new office near Pearl Street Mall! We are located across from the Spruce Street parking garage (close to the Boulder Book Store).
New address: 2033 11th Street #1, Boulder, CO 80302
We will recommend parking on Spruce Street (if there are free 2-hour spots available) or in the Spruce Street parking garage right across the street. Note that we will validate parking for customers who park in the Spruce Street garage!
